Lots of speculation elsewhere about #BlueJays flipping Tulo to #Padres or elsewhere. But one source says there's "zero chance" of that.

Yeah, NO chance that happens. Padres do not need to take on that contract. Tulo is owed pretty much $20 million each season until 2021.
