Padres News: Final Spring Training Rotation Revealed
With less than a week until Opening Day 2015, San Diego Padres manager, Bud Black, announced the rotation for the remainder of spring training yesterday afternoon, as reported by the Padres official blog, FRIARWIRE.

James Shields will pitch against the Chicago White Sox today and Tyson Ross will take the mound for the Padres’ final 2015 Cactus League game against the Milwaukee Brewers Thursday in Peoria.
Ian Kennedy will start the Saturday exhibition against the Mexico City Red Devils as part of FanFest at Petco Park – I’ve got my free ticket, do you?
Andrew Cashner will not be making any more Spring Training appearances, but is expected to workout Friday at Petco Park.
Buddy also told the press yesterday that the decision on the fifth starter battle between Brandon Morrow and Odrisame Despaigne will not be announced until this Sunday, when the Opening Day roster is set.
We’ve been covering the battle for the fifth starter position all Spring, so the staff is eager to see who will be named. I am of the opinion that the Padres want Morrow to win in, so he probably will be, but I think Despaigne should get the nod.
