Padres Looking to Win Final Home Game of 2014 vs. Rockies

The San Diego Padres will look to get back on the winning path and end the 2014 season at home with a win when they face-off against the Colorado Rockies in the last game of the series at Petco Park on Wednesday night at 6:10 PM PDT. The Padres will send Joe Wieland who is (0-0) with a 9.00 ERA to the mound for the last home game of 2014 for the Padres. He will be opposed by Yohan Flande of the Colorado Rockies, who is (0-5) with a 4.91 ERA.
