"7. Cory Luebke (SP)Baseball America’s 6th rated Padres prospect going into last season Luebke certainly lived up to that billing, even surpassing that ranking. Between AA and AAA in 2010 Luebke went 10-1 with a 2.68 ERA, he had 29 walks against 88 strikeouts in the minor leagues. Cory also performed admirably for the big club down the stretch going 1-1 with a 4.08 ERA in 17.2 big league innings pitched. It appears at this point that Luebke will start the season at AAA, but he will almost certainly pitch in the big leagues in 2011."
