Citizens Bank Park weather for Phillies-Padres series, May 17-19

Fresh off a series win against the Atlanta Braves, the San Diego Padres will head to Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia to face the Philadelphia Phillies for the first time this season.
It’s a matchup of two second-place teams, each trying to move up in their respective divisions. The Padres are half a game behind the Los Angeles Dodgers, while the Phillies are 5 1/2 games behind the New York Mets. Star players Bryce Harper and Manny Machado are expected to take the diamond and produce competitive games fans won’t want to miss.

The weather will be comfortable tonight, making it a perfect night to spend at the ballpark. Temps will remain in the mid-70s by the start of the game at 6:45 PM ET and will head into the mid-60s throughout the evening. Sunset will be at 8:11 PM.

The weather will make for another comfortable night on Wednesday with similar temps and sunset time. Temps will begin in the low 70s at the start of the game at 6:45 PM ET and will dip into the low 60s throughout the evening. Clouds are expected to roll in throughout the evening. Sunset will be at 8:11 PM.
Philadelphia forecast for May 19
Thursday is expected to be slightly warmer than Tuesday and Wednesday with temps starting in the mid 80s throughout the day. Showers are expected in the morning, but will likely be cleared by the start of the game at 1:15 PM ET. The afternoon is expected to remain in the low 80s with partly sunny skies.
