The San Diego Padres end their series with the San Francisco Giants on July 28. Here’s how to watch the Padres vs. Giants live, on TV and online.

The San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants will settle the tie on Sunday, so find out how to watch the Padres vs. Giants online or live this afternoon, with July 28’s latest MLB live stream.

San Diego will be looking to win their first series since the All-Star break and carry some upward momentum into their tilt with the Baltimore Orioles. To do so, the Padres must go through the ageless Madison Bumgarner, who will get the nod for the series finale.

The 10-year vet is 5-7 this year with a 3.66 ERA and 1.168 WHIP. One of the more coveted pitchers in the trade season as well as the upcoming off-season, Bumgarner continues to be the Giants workhorse. He’s only pitched two games against the Padres this year, but he’s given up an average 4.85 earned runs when doing so. Interestingly, he’s allowed only 0.846 walks and hits per inning, though.

Adrian Morejon’s second start will be a challenging one as he faces MadBum. The 20-year-old prospect had his MLB debut against the Chicago Cubs last Sunday when he opened the game in a decent showing. He threw 2.1 innings and allowed a run in the first; but aside from that, Morejon flashed potential as a true starter in the very small sample size.

San Diego won’t extend his innings this time around as they’ll roll with a bullpen game, but this still provides Morejon a chance to get used to the big leagues. Hopefully the Friars will have some energy coming into the series finale, so be sure to watch the Padres vs. Giants online, or tune in live, Sunday to see how it ends.
