Jake Peavy’s San Diego Home for Rent
Jake Peavy hasn’t pitched for the San Diego Padres since 2009. But he has maintained his San Diego home ever since. Reports are that his home is currently on the rental market. So if you’ve got $12,000 a month in your budget for shelter, this might be right up your alley. Oh, but there’s also a $35 rental application fee, so that might make it a bit too pricey.
The home was built in 2009, and includes a “sports court”, a putting green, and swimming pool and spa. It has a four-car garage, and an extra room as “a guesthouse, office, maid’s quarters, or den.”
The house is listed at 6,953 square feet.
From the looks of these pictures, that ol’ Alabama country boy got hisself all fancied up when he come to Southern Calforn-i-ay.
