Last night’s recent Triple-A call up pitcher Odrisamer Despaigne pitched seven scoreless innings for the Padres. He held the Giants in check and will provide another reliable arm in the Padres’ rotation. Let’s take a look down on the farm, so here is the minor league round up for June 23.

The El Paso Chihuahuas defeated the Omaha Storm Chasers 6-2.

Chihuahua’s starter Juan Pablo-Oramas earned the victory, pitching 6 innings allowing 2 runs on 7 hits and 2 walks while striking out 5. Oramas improved to 4-3 on the season and lowered his ERA to 5.96.

Today’s game against El Paso starter Jason Lane (5-6, 4.44 ERA) will face Sugar Ray Marimon (5-4, 3.68 ERA).
