According to a Tweet by Marty Caswell of The Darren Smith Show on The Mighty 1090 Sports in San Diego, Padres’ staff ace Andrew Cashner has been scratched from his scheduled start tomorrow against the first place San Francisco Giants.
Bud Black did not hold normal post game presser but I've been told Andrew Cashner has been scratched from tomorrow's start vs SF

Also according to various reports, which Friars On Base will verify and report later on, Cuban minor league pitcher Odrisamer Despaigne might be the one called up to spot start in Cashner’s place. There is no information as to why Cashner has been scratched, and we will continue to update the situation as more information becomes available.
