Results from last week’s Chicken Friars’ poll show that Chicken Friars’ readers buy into Yasmani Grandal’s apology to the fans and media, even though he read from a statement.

A total of 40 voters made their voices heard.

Of those 40, 28 or 70 percent of the readers buy into the suspended catcher’s apology. Only 12 voters or 30 percent do not buy into the backstop’s apology.

So there you have it.

Chicken Friars readers have the heart to forgive Yasmani.

I guess I can too.

I know I’ve been hard on the catcher lately, but if the Chicken Friars readers can forgive him, why can’t I?
