Lose, Lose, Win… That’s How We Play!

I think we found the new formula: we just lose the first 2/3 games in a series and we win the last one to avoid the sweep! At the end of the series, we can just look back and say, “At least we didn’t get swept!” It’s a sad way to look at things, but it’s the best we can do right now with this team.

We avoided another series sweep last night against the Duds and fans were able to get some joy in beating those stinking Dodgers. We are at the bottom of the division and we will always enjoy seeing them lose. We will also be rooting against the San Francisco Giants any chance we can get! Luckily we get the day off and will not have to start out our series with the usual loss and then bail ourselves out in the finale.
