Bye Bye Mike Adams

So long Mike, you were a tremendous pitcher out of our pen and you may have the nastiest stuff also. The eight innings were locked down with Mike pitching them and there was no drama accompanying and of his appearances. Adams just went along his business and sat down hitters 1-2-3. He was filthy and is the best set-up reliever in the league.

Adams was dealt to the Texas Rangers today for a couple of pitching prospects. Adams will continue to dominate out in Texas and will be competing in the playoffs at the end of the year while we will be waiting to see the new prospects pitch in September and hope that somebody will step up on our team.
