Is attending a World Series game the last thing that needs to be scratched off your bucket list?  Then the Burger Lounge can help.

All you have to do is find your way to the Burger Lounge, located at 528 5th Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter, and present  a Padres game ticket stub from this season. After filling out a little sticker with your name, e-mail and phone number, you will be instantly entered in a drawing to win two World Series tickets to a 2012 World Series game.

“Somebody is going to have a heck of a vacation. I’ll tell you that,”said Robert Lane, Burger Lounge’s marketing director . “We are going to send them on airfare (with hotel) accommodations all the way through, man. It’s going to be real nice.”

The Burger Lounge insists that there is no purchase necessary, and you don’t have to be a Padres fan or a San Diegan to enter this contest. As Burger Lounge’s General Manager Rory Odell puts it, “There are no questions asked.”

“This is just to have fun with baseball fans. A great way to get involved with the people that come here,” he said.

Odell, a Padres fan himself, said so far, hundreds of entries have been collected and he expects an even greater turnout as the season progresses.

Burger Lounge is best known for its grass-fed single-source food, which includes organic burgers with buns made of whole wheat and white flour, and organic American cheese. In fact, the menu is completely organic.

James, a first-time customer at Burger Lounge, ordered a Lounge Burger with fries. He said he would definitely comeback.

“The food is bomb,” James said. “The service is cool too. The workers are very funny.”
