John Baker Acquired From The Marlins

The Padres announced a move today with suspect timing.  The day I publish my analysis on the Padres catching situation, they go and trade for a back-up catcher nowhere near my list.  Granted my list focused on free agents rather than potential trades, but still.

The Padres sent Wade LeBlanc to Miami today for catcher John Baker.  A move necessitated by Nick Hundley‘s inability to play a full season, and the need for offense from the left side of the plate.
