Rizzomania Gets Sent Back Down To Triple-A

There were a lot of high hopes, but the kid was not cutting it. He has plenty of time to develop at his young age and he should get a lot of confidence back down in Tucson and should get another shot in the big leagues in September. He has a lot of potential, but he just was not ready yet.

Kyle Blanks has been brought up form Triple-A to fill his spot. With Jesus Guzman swinging a good bat right now, Blanks will have to battle with him for some time at first. If/when Ryan Ludwick is traded, it would open up playing time in the outfield for Blanks.

We will just have to wait and see what this crazy trading deadline brings us.
