Our Padres Would Throw A No Hitter And Lose… Came Close Today

This is just getting ridiculous now! One out away from a NO HITTER through nine innings and we still lose! The game was tied at ZERO going into the bottom of the ninth and the Padres had not given up a hit the entire game. We get 2 outs in the ninth and then the Dodgers finally broke through to get that hit and then followed to score the winning run.

One more out wouldn’t have been a no hitter yet, since we would have had to go through extras to finish it off.

Our offense was just as bad today, only able to break through for ONE hit against the rookie Rubby De La Rosa. We have been held scoreless through the first two games of this series and one run in our last 35 innings.

We are now tied with the Dodgers at the bottom of the division and things are UGLY!
