What a frustrating team… wasted opportunities leads to another loss

Cincinnati Reds 8 – San Diego Padres 2

I’m writing this before the game even finishes, but I already know the outcome. The Reds just put up 3 runs in the 11th inning and the Padres have not been able to to do anything… correction, Drew Stubbs just hit a 3-run shot. SIGH!

This team is just frustrating. We waste bases loaded opportunities with less than 2 outs twice!! We can’t get a hit, we can’t draw a walk, we can’t even get the ball in the air to drive in the run to win the game. NOBODY can get a clutch hit for us.

The heart of the lineup just is TRASH! Chase Headley went 0-for-5 and left 5 men on base and Ryan Ludwick went 0-for-4 leaving 4 on base. Brad Hawpe went 0-for-3 with 2 strikeouts. JUST AWFUL!!!!!! Not going to win a game with those numbers!
