First time around the rotation…

So much for the poor pitching in spring! The first run around our rotation and all the starting pitchers have shown that they are HAPPY to get out of Arizona.

Tim Stauffer, Clayton Richard, Dustin Moseley, and Aaron Harang have pitched outstanding in their first starts of the season. Moseley was a tough-luck pitcher against the Cardinals and was up against a guy that just dominated us. He earned another start with that performance and another strong start could possibly keep him in the rotation as the number 5 starter.

Mat Latos threw 70 pitches in a simulated game and all reports said he looked strong and his pitches had good movement. He is eligible to come off the Disabled List on Friday and hopefully he can come back and pitch lights out.

The rotation makes and breaks us. Lets keep up the good pitching and keep it rollin!
